Course: Introduction to Biblical Counseling For Women

Introduction to Biblical Counseling is the first of a series of courses offered by The Expositor’s Academy designed to equip followers of Christ to provide godly counsel to fellow believers through the personal ministry of God’s Word. This course is offered by a woman professor specifically for women students, using examples and scenarios commonly encountered in women-to-women counseling .

The purpose of this course is to teach the foundations of biblical counseling, including the purpose, the principles, the process, and the practice of biblical counseling. Ordinarily, a prerequisite for this class is a previous course on Bible Study Principles (Hermeneutics). However, we will make exceptions for those who intend to take Hermeneutics soon.

For SY24-25, This class will meet online on Monday Evenings, from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM beginning on Monday, August 19th through November 25th, 2024. The course fee is P1300 and includes all reading materials, access to Canvas (the online platform we use for assignments and course communications), as well as a subscription to a digital library of 3,000+ ebooks).
