Old Testament Survey 1 introduces students to the first 14 books of the Old Testament (Genesis through 2 Chronicles) in a broad expositional summary fashion by examining the authorship, dating, historical backgrounds, geographical settings, historical and theological themes, interpretive challenges, and literary structure of each book. Students will read the Biblical books as well as some additional introductory material for each one.
This course is the second in a series of seven courses in the core TEA Equip Program. The course fee is ₱1,300 and includes all reading materials and access to Canvas (the online platform TEA uses for assignments and course communications).
