The New Testament Survey II Class follows the New Testament Survey I course and introduces the students through the remaining books of the New Testament (1 Thessalonians to Revelation) by examining the authorship, dating, historical backgrounds geographical settings, historical and theological themes and literary structure to enhance comprehension and application of the New Testament to contemporary issues. Special emphasis will be put on the life, teachings, and redemptive work of Christ, the founding and growth of the church, and the teachings of the epistles.
About your Instructor – Abraham Ramos
Abraham Ramos is an associate professor at The Expositors Academy and a pastoral intern at Soli Deo Gloria Christian Church in the Philippines. He completed his Biblical Studies Degree with an emphasis in Bible Exposition at The Master’s University in 2013 and a Master of Divinity degree in May 2024 at the Master’s Seminary. He seeks to train and equip indigenous pastors in his local church and other churches in the Philippines.
